Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom is the place to head first for rides on Space Mountain, Huge Thunder Mountain, and the Haunted Mansion, but the magic of the park can take over from open to close. I'd probably do this the old fashion way OP. HIt up the bar at the resort. Any man down there alone must be looking to get away from the family. If you can talk sports then you'll be able to manage the conversation for the requisite period to see if he's interested. Again, something will be up if a man is down at the bar for more than an hour alone, at a family resort. Don't unlearn to have your story together, some may wonder why you're at the bar by yourself.
