Mexico does not follow the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The resort has three Accessible Rooms (which hold to be booked directly with VACAYA (through our agency of course), not online) and with the exception of the beach, you’ll find that it’s relatively easy to navigate. Once off-property, however, things can be a bit more challenging.
